The majority of my DM’s are people asking for my smoothie recipes! So, here are three of my favorites that I have on rotation for now! I love a smoothie during the warmer months when I am dashing out the door so I can be outside and enjoy the weather. Also, I love a protein-packed smoothie when I have to jam to the office early.
I’d write more on my smoothie journey, but I am already fried from everything on my plate (I’m sure you can relate!). So, here you go, 3 smoothies I am loving right now!
Cacao Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large frozen banana
2 tablespoons flaxseed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon cacao nibs (unsweetened)
2 Medjool dates
1 serving chocolate Truvani protein powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
Dash of organic cinnamon
1 1/2 cups nut milk (adjust for desired thickness; add filtered water if needed)
Instructions:
Add the frozen banana, flaxseed, chia seeds, cacao powder, cacao nibs, Medjool dates, chocolate Truvani protein powder, almond butter, and cinnamon to a blender.
Pour in 1 1/2 cups of nut milk. Blend until smooth.
If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little filtered water and blend again until you reach your desired thickness.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients:
1 cup organic frozen berries (berry blend from Whole Foods)
1 large frozen banana
1 serving vanilla Truvani protein powder
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 cup organic spinach
1 1/2 cups nut milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
Instructions:
Add the frozen berries, frozen banana, vanilla Truvani protein powder, hemp seeds, flaxseed, and spinach to a blender.
Pour in 1 1/2 cups of nut milk (or your chosen non-dairy milk). Blend until smooth.
If desired, add the almond butter for extra creaminess and blend again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Banana Date Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients:
1 large frozen banana
2 large Medjool dates
Dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 tablespoons organic espresso beans
1 serving chocolate Truvani protein powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
Instructions:
Add the frozen banana, Medjool dates, cinnamon, flaxseed, chia seeds, hemp seeds, espresso beans, chocolate Truvani protein powder, and almond butter to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
